Great location…you have everything outside of your door

This hotel was in the perfect location for us - right by the train station, so we didn't have to walk far with our bags. There's also a vaporetto stop right outside and easy walk to cafes and restaurants. I appreciated a fast check in and water as we arrived. The room was small (I think we took the cheapest available, so fair enough) but very nicely decorated. Bed was very comfy and the bathroom worked well - really good lighting and plenty of mirrors which I always appreciate.

The location was great, right outside the train station and right next to the water taxis. The facilities were great and best of all the staff was exceptional. I didn’t catch the receptionists name, however she really went out of her way to help and recommend places to go and eat. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We stayed here in 2020 and booked again due to proximity of train station and vaparetto stop. It is now undergoing renovations and is more beautiful than before. Our room had a newly renovated bathroom with walk in shower. New laminate flooring in room and new bed. They kept the old Venetian charm with the beautiful wallpaper and furniture. Nice mix of old and new. The newly updated lobby and breakfast areas are gorgeous. Numerous shops and restaurants right outside. Friendly staff. 5 min walk to train station and vaparetto even closer. We had a 6am flight and walked about 10 minutes to the mainland to catch a taxi to the airport. I will always stay at this hotel when visiting Venice.

Brilliant location, arrived by train hot and sweaty and within 3 minutes we were in air conditioned hotel life. 2 minutes from a water taxi, supermarket, restaurants! Big comfortable adjoining rooms, amazing friendly staff, so kind and helpful with everything we asked. Yummy selection for breakfast. Lovely bathroom and gorgeous authentic hotel.
